Haven-LeFayHaven has been training in the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since he was 5.  Soon after, he was also training in Karate and Judo.  He has traveled across the United States as well as to Rio De Janeiro, Brazil in pursuit of training with the best coaches in the world.  This summer he will be traveling to Japan to further his studies in both Judo and Karate.

In addition to amassing a variety of gold medals and championship belts, in 2012 he won his division at the Jean Jacques Machado Canadian Open.  Despite only being 13, his success on the mat has earned him the opportunity to become a professional grappler with the invitation to compete in the Fight to Win Pro #32!

 

For the past few years Haven has been a valued assistant instructor in the Pre-Karate class and during youth private classes for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  In 2017 he has begun his own private instruction for youth.
